Mac's specializes in producing quality live, fresh and frozen oysters and clams. Located on the Pacific Coast and established in 1947, we are an integrated oyster and clam farm, processor and exporter.
Our customers have enjoyed long term, profitable shellfish programs from our farm for over 50 years. We believe we bring the King what he wants - the costumer. With over ten brands of oysters, four species of clams, and oyster meat, you can please the most demanding customers. Our oysters span a range of characteristics that will meet the diverse needs of chefs and seafood department managers. Each brand has a different flavour and presentation.
