2. How do I contact other members in different industry categories?
Importers.com only allows members in the same industry to contact each other. If you want to contact members in different category, you need to create or modify a product or Trade Leads to the category in which you want to send trade mail to.

Answer: Yes, you can. Change your product type and Trade Leads type. For example: if you are an exporter and want to be an importer. You need to modify your product type and Trade Leads type to "Import/Buy".

Answer: By exchanging banners, both websites benefit as Google, Yahoo and other search engines rank websites based on having multiple links to and from other websites. To do this, go to your trade page and click add banner.

16. I cannot complete the registration because the window for sub-categories will not accept my input. Can you help?
Answer: We do not allow direct select for sub-categories, instead click "Edit" button beside sub-categories to view a popup window with all available categories. Simply check the sub and detailed category in the popup window.
